I don’t write reviews often, but I had to take a minute to sent HUGE KUDOS to Home Logic Inspections. I recently had Shawn come to do a home inspection on a house I made an offer on. Shawn absolutely went over and above the call of duty and the scope of a typical home inspection. He was friendly and helpful. He took the time to clearly explain issues that had arisen, what the fix was, what it might cost, and when work should be completed to not cause more damage or issues. He was extremely knowledgeable, well spoken, and clearly showed passion for his work. We received the 88 page detailed report the same day and it was the most extensive in-depth report I have received after buying a number of properties in my past. He caught items the other inspectors I’ve hired for other homes would have never even thought to look for.

I cannot recommend this company enough! If you are in the market for an inspection don’t hesitate to book Home Logic. Shawn is the definition of professionalism. Before I decided to use Home Logic Inspections, he spent a good amount of time on the phone with me explaining his process and the equipment he uses. After the inspection was complete, he continued to work with me and was very detailed in regards to what he found. The reports are tabbed/broken into sections and extremely easy to view/understand. His rates are very reasonable for the quality you receive.

Excellent and complete inspection. I was impressed how many things I missed myself and I am an engineer myself. Some are few little things but it will set you up for what you need to do to extend the life of the house AND safe yourself big surprises.
